Special non-adhesion filament tape used for cable wrapping

If you are in adhesive tapes industrial, when you see this pic, you will think it's cross filament tape. Yes it is. But a little different with the normal one. It has no adhesion!!!

We all know that cross filament tape used for packing the cartons. If without adhesion, what it could be used? Let us show it to you as below:

Here is one cable. when we open  it, we can see the fiberglass wrapped all the wires together. It's super simple, isn't it? If you think it's enough, that is wrong. Firstly, as it has no adhesion, so no need worry about the residue. Secondly as we said it's special application, surely you can't see it in daily life. Here are some pics which we took in the cable production factory

Step 1: several units of wires only

Step 2: Install the non-adhesion filament tape big rolls onto the machine(usually 50mm*500m)

Step 3:  non-adhesion filament tape wrapped onto the cables automotically

Step 4: Project finished
